Really felt like a burden to this team, even though I was giving them my business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional. We didn't get the amount of money we needed to pay for closing until 20 minutes before closing AND we had to get a cashiers check AND the closing office was 30 minutes away.
Responding to voicemails/messages in a timely manner was a huge issue for me. Also the process of applying for the loan was extremely stressful with getting multiple messges asking for information that was given or explained already or asking for more info at the last minute.
We were told upfront what to expect and kept informed every step pf the way.
Molly is great in person & phone. Doesn't respond quickly nor clearly to texts & emails. I often emailed several questions & got an automated response or an answer to only 1 of my questions; this happened a lot . She told us after the closing she'd help with recasting our loan. I had a few questions about recasting & emailed & texted &asked her to call- 7 days later she hasn't. I've figured it out myself. Should have gone with the bank we always use and just refinanced once we sold other house.
I am happy this deal is done but along the way I felt a little left in the dark as this is my first buying experience I had no other experience to rely on. I was frustrated at the funds verification process and that I only had received a quote on fees the night before I signed paperwork. I felt very pressured to just sign and not have the opportunity to review documents because it all happened last minute and any problems would delay my move date.
I am not adept at communicating and I struggle equally with understanding. Molly broke down terms into edible thought-bites and made a process that is normally worse than filling out college forms into something manageable.
