It didn't start out great. I explained to them that I was 79 and not tech saavy, as they wanted to work with me and have me sign everything on line. My other option wasn't viable as I don't drive on busy highways so couldn't get to their Lee's Summit office. I was feeling a bit stupid as well as a little mad. I called and got a customer support person who was very understanding. They then decided to come to my home in PV twice to conclude the transaction. It was 5 STARS from there on.
