Most importantly faster and more thorough communication. The process took much longer than necessary, even in the current market. Communication was hard. Seemed like the ball was dropped a lot. and tried to cover it by waiving the appraisal requirement, which really could have hurt us as the ordered appraisal came in higher than the computer generator one and helped us in the end. Not as impressed this round as the first time. The rates are very competitive though so that made it worth it.
