Molly handled my last mortgage on the same house and I do not remember nor does it matter the reflection of that experience.I am rating her now as a refinance to remove the ex-spouse from the loan by divorce decree.Molly seems to be busy and has less time for questions regarding particulars of a loan.When questions were sent, I rarely received responses until only a few hours prior to closing.I think she has more customers than time and needs a more personal approach than she does now.
