This was the best experience with a mortgage company I have ever dealt with. They felt more like a new friendship than the start of a new business relationship. Molly is one of the nicest and best to work with. Whenever I had a question or was concerned about the process she would have all of the answers I needed and made me feel secured again. Would choose her over and over again for my loan needs.
A Relo company held the title to our house and the closing process was extremely frustrating for us as well as for Molly. The lack of communication in letting us know what was happening was sub-par though. Just a quick 30 second note of where things stand would have been greatly appreciated and probably resolved our anxiety.
