Molly Dean is hands down the Wonder Woman of mortgage lenders. The entire process was quick, simple, and stress free. If your schedule is "too busy" to purchase a home, call Molly.
Molly is very knowledgeable which is nice especially if you are a first time home buyer and get a face to face meeting with her. I rated her a three though because she isn't not good at communicating anything via email or text or phone call. We had to get our realtor to find anything out for us in regards to our loan and what we needed for it because of Molly's lack of communication.
Good communication. Actually GREAT communication on their part. Easy process. 1099 employee, so if your a 1099 or small business owner, you know how difficult the process can be. They made it very easy. Would highly recommend.
