Securing a mortgage is typically a tedious process. Molly made the experience painless, easy, and smooth. Not once did we feel pressured to provide needed documents, nor was there ever a sense of tension normally associated with the mortgage process. Molly was clear in what was needed, when it was needed, and responded to all questions and concerns promptly. Molly was the ultimate professional who went above and beyond dealing with a problem that came up the day before closing.
All in all it was a good experience. I had a few problems on my end basically due to my unorganized paper work, which left me very frustrated, and the fact that I was out of town didn't help my frustration, which was no reflection on Molly as she was very patient.
