Mon-Clair Heating & Cooling LLC was amazing to work with. They were there within hours of us calling to report that our AC wasn't working. Nick diagnosed our issue & got us an estimate quickly. After we told him we would like to proceed he promptly ordered the new unit & as soon as it was received, he called to schedule the install. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Nick was amazing, very reasonable, and answered all of my questions which helped me decide to upgrade my furnace and A/C and I couldn't be happier with my decision. We even had him back to install more vents for our basement and he did an amazing job on that as well. I would highly recommend Mon-Clair Heating!

Sir I did what you asked me to do and then you gave me a 3 star review because you didn’t like being charged an $80 service call because you thought it was waived when hired but you said you didn’t read my profile where it clearly says I don’t waive the fee. Very unprofessional.
Did not fix problem even temporarily. Also stated he could not provide a permit if new furnace is installed. Disappointed overall.

I explained to your husband that your drain pan was broken at the fitting and because of the age of the unit it could not be repaired due to the fact that they don’t carry a replacement pan anymore but would need to be replaced, unfortunately I don’t have a contractor liscense in St.Louis county yet it takes being in business for 3 years, and I’ve only been in business for 2. So I apologize for that but there was nothing I could do to fix it.
