Was very responsive to my inquiry about getting a new condenser and coil setup for my mom. Came out, got to the house early, and got us a quote that is about average for what needed to be done. After that, a couple of days later, let me know he'd obtained the new unit. The next day, he came out and installed everything. Installation was done very well.
