Mona & Team at Bay Equity are simply amazing!! Mona was able to get me approved and closed on a FHA Cash Out Re-Fi when I thought there was no way, but she made it work and I must say in amazing time. What I really appreciated was the positive attitude she and her team kept throughout, which made me feel at ease about the process. Mona and her team did an excellent job. They were very easy to work with and stayed on top of things very well. Communication was excellent and they did a great job of finding the loan that works for me with emphasis tailored around my budget and payment options. Being a first time home buyer this whole process can be very stressful but Mona and the Bay Equity Team were awesome to work with they are there to answer any and all of our questions. They send emails with videos explaining where you are at in the process of your loan and how it works which I thought was very helpful. The Bay Equity Team is very accommodating and they made my first time home buying a success.

The process was easy from the beginning. Mona and her team gathered all the information needed right away and knew exactly what, if anything,I may need additional for underwriting.
