I want to thank Mona and her team for making this one of the most exciting experience even though this wasn't my wife and I first time purchasing a home it was our first time doing Business with Bay Equity from the first time I spoke with Mona to the day of closing they took all the stress away and made us feel like we mattered there was no unexpected charges everything she said would be was and the timeline was quick and fast never experience a closing that fast so thank you Mona.

Mona is awesome at what she does! She always kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. I never felt like I didn’t know what was happening thru out the whole process. Any and every question I had was answered no matter the day or the time. It could be 8pm on a Sunday and she responded to my emails! Being a first time homebuyer and workin with Mona was a wonderful experience I would definitely recommend Mona! She went above and beyond to help me purchase my first home!

Mona never able to pull credit right before closing to drop my interest rate by quite a bit, which was a huge help! She was able to explain things very thoroughly!
