Mona was very professional & responsive to my many questions and arranged everything (inspection, appraisal, title company, closing) so it was very seamless for me. I was uncomfortable doing much of the paperwork on line, so she made arrangements for me to do several things the old fashioned way. She was available to me via email, text and phone, and kept everything going to allow a quick close. This was the second time I worked with Mona, and I will not hesitate to use her again!

Mona not only works hard on making sure the process of buying a new home goes smoothly but she truly cares that you get the best deal! She cares about her clients and will work above and beyond what she needs to do. We had a hiccup with being charged twice for our appraisal; instead of just having the people on her team (who are equally as amazing) deal with it; she was on top of everything that was happening and making sure it was resolved immediately. Overall Mona is the best of the best!!

First of all I have to say choosing to ask Mona for help with purchasing a home was the BEST decision I could've made. Mona was very patient with all my questions about many different house prices and percentages of down payments. Mona also responds via text message, email or phone call in a very timely manner answering all other questions I had. Mona is absolutely great and I would highly recommend her in to everyone interested in purchasing a home, Mona can make it happen!
