As good an experience as you’re likely to get with a hygienist. I have seen Elena 3 times now and have been increasingly impressed with her expertise. She gave me a bit of a roasting last time for not flossing enough and that was enough to trigger a positive reaction! She appears to enjoy her practice and was genuinely pleased with my progress. The lady on reception with the dark hair and glasses is always so welcoming, professional and welcoming. My dentist always puts me at ease and explains fully what she is doing, making the appointment bearable.
