As good an experience as you’re likely to get with a hygienist. I have seen Elena 3 times now and have been increasingly impressed with her expertise. She gave me a bit of a roasting last time for not flossing enough and that was enough to trigger a positive reaction! She appears to enjoy her practice and was genuinely pleased with my progress.
