If there is a rating higher than a 5-Star then Mona would get it. In this day and age of all too often poor customer service, in all realms of life, for that matter, it is indeed refreshing to encounter a person, like Mona, who brings the whole enchilada- personality and smarts- to the table. I will be seeking advice from the scientific community on when we might be able to clone her, so the world can be filled with more Mona Sarnos. Meanwhile we will have to settle for one!
