1st it took a month for my permanent crown to come in 2nd they maxed out my insurance without telling me. I'm paying out of pocket for my crown. temp wouldn't stay in I want to them 3 times over temporary crown unless than that month before my permanent one came in. then found a different dentist to fix my crown that was supposed to fix my mouth and pain. expect failure at monarch

A freaking nightmare. Went in for a cleaning, left with a 1,200$ bill for a mouth full of pain. Took 7 weeks for 1 crown. Never again

**warning** Do NOT use this place!! Walked in with a bad tooth ache and just wanted tooth pulled. They took my $59 at the door and then quoted me $1354 to simply pull my tooth. Said that a bone graft had to be done incase I wanted an implant later on. These people have no shame in stealing your money at the door knowing that 99% of people can’t afford what they are trying to charge. Was having problem with one tooth, figured I needed antibiotics. They X-rayed my entire mouth and gave me estimates for partial and extraction, which was astronomical! Came out with more pain from the torturous X-rays and no antibiotics because company policy is no prescription unless you have a procedure.

I don’t like the way you made my teeth my daughter pay for them and think she got taken for her money. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO ANYONE. My teeth still hurts my mouth.

The Manger was great. I was not give options nor did it seem they cared about my well being just how much money they were to make. The doctor was 2 minutes at the most and disappeared. it seemed it was just sign so we can get 2000.00 not what was best for me.
The whole appointment was rushed because the lady had to go get her kids from school at 2:00. Why schedule my appointment for 1:00 if she was leaving at 2:00?? I was made to feel bad about originally declining a bone graft because of cost but yet I was told If I took time to fill out the financing paperwork then I couldn’t have the tooth removed that day and it would have to wait til Monday. I would give a 0 rating if I could. Dr. Kuhn did a horrible job on a simple filling. He tried telling Me that a tooth needed pulling and root canal was not possible. He sent me to the bank to get more money. After leaving the bank, I looked in the mirror and realized the tooth he wanted to pull had already had a root canal (that he said was not possible) and he was looking at an old X-ray and not the X-ray done when I came in. “Another“ X-ray was done to prove this.
