I guess I’ll speak up because at this point I’m tired of suffering from migraines and tooth aches. Month ago I went in due to tooth pain told I would need a bridge! Got my teeth shaved down and a partial. Went home a week later my bridge fell out! My gums and my nerves were killing me. She numbed my mouth and temporarily cemented my bridge down due to infection so I had to wait a week for the permanent cement! Horrible service!management definitely sucks go to hot springs instead! Waste of money and time
No I do not recommend Monarch dental! The staff was very nice. I was in excruciating pain with a toothache but they said the only way they would extract the tooth was to get a bone graft after the tooth was extracted. Insurance will not pay for a bone graft. The cost of a bone graft is $479. Then if you don’t have that upfront, you can pay it out, via your checking account. No respect for patient's time. Waited almost an hour past appointment time both times I had an appointment there.
My extractions are not complete. I now have infections due to the poor job completed by a Dentist who just graduated.
Poorly operated corporate dentistry. Appointments constantly cancelled by doctors, even if you’re in pain. Better have the $$$$$
Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Smith. Was called by Hannah today who canceled my appointment because I was unable to confirm when their “robot” called at 2 pm today to confirm. Was also told that their was additional paperwork that had not been completed that I was never informed of when I scheduled the visit. This office should be more understanding that not everyone is on their phone 24/7 and some people’s job requires them to leave their phone on their locker. I'm sorry to say my visit wasn't handled in the proper way. I've been hurting since Tuesday of the week my appointment was scheduled. I waited until the appointment day which was Friday at 2pm. Finally was called to X-ray approximately at 3pm. I knew my mouth had absest & infection. I was not given any pain meds or antibiotics for my mouth. No professional dental person would ever do any work on my teeth until it was healed. I been going to dentist since 1963. I've never seen such a unprofessional office.
