Proper Communication is one of their biggest pit falls. My wife and I took our son there for braces; payments and everything were on track. When we went in for the fitting, they said we would receive a call when everything is ready; we never got a call. When we tried to reach them, several times, they were hard to get in touch with. When we finally talked to them, they set up an appointment for us to bring my son in, 2 weeks out. When we arrived, we were told that the sizing was expired and he needed a new one. False information about what the dentist can do. once you get there it's false, causing the patient to leave unsatisfied. not just one location, but two.

I recently visited the Mesquite office on Wednesday February 5th w/my son. I am very disappointed & dissatisfied with this OFFICE. . I would never recommend this office to anyone. had multiple inconveniences 1 in particularly had an appointment at 3:30 arrived at 3 10 was not seen until 5:15 then was rushed.

The person who cleaned my teeth was great. The office staff is horrible. The manager being the worse. Need a new office staff!!
