This firm told me that Geico had accepted 100% liability for my bodily injury. I made them also assure IN WRITING (WHICH I HAVE) that Geico also agreed to 100% for my car damage. Never ever hire this company. If you ask me its fraud and you the person who was injured gets the worst end of the deal. You can never get in touch wit your “case manager”. After explaining 1000 times to them before they took my case that the person who hit me had no insurance they still took my case. Nearly 9 months later they send a demand letter to the insurance they thought he had and call me and tell me that he had no insurance which was known the night of the accident.
