Worse experience ever. I always had to call them up to get the status of my case. They weren't very helpful at all! The highest they could get me $7,500 and I only get 1,100 of that! Then they tell me I have to pay for the er visit myself because there's no lean on the bill. I was rear ended! While stopped! Why do I have to pay? I didn't rear ended my self! Then, I was told it was 33.3 % of the legal fees but after the fact, I found out there's other fees. I wouldn't give 1 star to these people! I never even get to speak to ... read more
This firm missed my appeal, misrepresented my case and rarely returned my calls. I actually had to step in and do some of my own Work to get things going. It is a mill firm which has hundreds of clients of you caseworkers little client attention. They have the standard protocol in response to their clients to keep them happy. Go with a smaller firm where you're not just a number in your case guess you attention and deserves you will come out on the winning end.
