I live on the East coast and discovered on a short visit home to Mom a major plumbing issue affecting her washing machine preventing her from doing wash. Within approx. 18 hours I was able to schedule Wes to come out and identify the issue and he scheduled a time to come fix it within the week. I appreciated that I could coordinate with Wes for payment even though I returned home on the East coast and felt that I could trust Wes to complete the work.
