Recommendedin this day and age it is nearly impossible to find a company with amazing customer service. But Doug and all the guys at MC were amazing. Very communicative and helpful through the entire process of building my cart. I can't say enough great things about Doug and his crew. Thanks y'all!

Very rarely are you faced with such a great company to purchase a product. Our family recently purchased a used cart from Monster Carts, and they were very helpful in understanding every thing we needed to know about driving and maintaining a golf cart. The staff is incredibly helpful in assisting any needs, including loading and securing our new cart on the trailer. Although I haven't purchased a cart from them yet, I have to give a 5 star rating for two reasons... 1. I've seen their carts and they are amazing! I plan to purchase one soon. 2. I have an older 36volt cart that I purchased from Facebook Marketplace that had several problems and called the owners of Monster Carts and they went back and fourth with me on the phone in an effort to help me out - both Doug and Dillon have been extremely helpful to me and I'm not even a paying customer yet. Couldn't be happier, excellent work and customer service
I I couldn't be more happy with the cart that was built for my Arizona Wildcats paint Scheme as well as custom colors on the seats. Thank you for everything Doug from start to finish!
