I had an absolutely deplorable experience with Monster Carts. On March 19th, I paid a 50% deposit for a custom golf cart, promised to be completed in 2-3 days once parts arrived, with a maximum 3-week wait for those parts. By March 26th, they claimed all parts were ordered. Every week after, I was fed excuses: “All parts are here except the seats,” “The cart’s looking great, you’ll love it,” “Still waiting on the seats,” and even “FedEx must have lost the seats, we’ll reorder.” For two months, I was strung along with these l... read more
Buyer Beware! I purchased an Evolution Six Forester Plus golf cart from Monster Carts LLC in Alpharetta, Georgia, on May 31, 2024. As part of the LSV upgrade package, I was supposed to receive the Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) documents. Despite paying in full, ordering brand new cart, and following up numerous times with Doug Gattis, these documents have still not been provided months later.
