Very friendly office personnel. They took care of us right away. Dr. Perrizo was great. He explained everything carefully. Look forward to working with him.

I attended Montecatini during summer 2022 and it was a positive experience overall. As many of us know, no treatment center is perfect and many of them have major flaws. From what I saw the providers here, nurses, therapists, dietitians, and techs were generally really great and supportive as well as challenging in the right ways. Being in treatment is hard and not every center is going to be a good fit for every individual. As someone who had already been to treatment many times, I found the group therapy to still be helpfu... read more

I was at Montecatini in winter 2017 and summer of 2018. Montecatini is huge into favoritism and those who are the "favorites" stay in residential for months and months and stay in this program for years bouncing back from residential to php. Those who are favorites also get treated better by staff. However if your not a favorite, you arnt treated as nice, and you can definitely tell from Nancy the head person. My second time here I thought would be better because I heard so many good things about monte. But when I went back ... read more

I want to start by saying I believe that treatment is what YOU make of it. Monte was not my first center, it was my second after not getting better at the 1st- as I needed a higher level of care. I went into Montecatini ready to kick EDs butt and move on with my life. Residential helped regulate me, get me out of my old patterns, behaviors and thoughts. I believe Monte doesn't have a one size fits all approach, they have each person on their own treatment program. I can say I was frustrated at times as I felt they were harde... read more

I first entered Residential Treatment at Montecatini in November of 2012; I was there until March of 2013, returned in June of 2013 to discharge again in July of 2014, and readmitted once more in September of 2015, to discharge for the last time in December of 2015. I had been struggling with Anorexia for 15 years prior to the decision to go to treatment. Saying I was reluctant to fly across the entire country to "put my life on hold" to receive a higher level of care, is an understatement. Treatment is not a picnic, it's no... read more

I would like to share my experience at Montecatini I attended PHP as well as IOP from 1/20/22 to 5/1/2022 I struggled with an E.D. for many years. I was so impressed that they offered my input and suggestions and included me in my own treatment goals. It felt more like I was part of a team vs feeling alone on an island which is how some of my past experiences had felt prior to Monte. Montecatini offered many support groups and visits with clinicians several times a week. I could also feel the support they offered to each... read more

I can't say enough positive things about this center. I think that anyone that didn't have a positive experience here just didn't stay long enough to receive the benefit. In over 10 years of treatment I have never met people more kind, compassionate, even-keeled, and open to taking someone where they are starting from and helping them to gently move forward in whatever way works for them. This is not a one-size-fits-all program. They carefully assess each person's needs in the areas of eating disorders, substance abuse and m... read more

I am a Montecatini alum. I was there from July 5th, 2019 - January 1st, 2020. I was in residential treatment for 3 months, then moved down to PHP and lived in their housing (the dupe), then IOP. It took me 4 months to research over 100 rehabs and eating disorder treatment facilities until I found Monte. They saved my life. I was 100 pounds, barely strong enough to function on my own. Monte fully weight restored me and changed the way that I think about food. I no longer restrict and binge. I eat intuitively and can separ... read more

An amazing center. I am the farthest in my recovery thanks to Montecatini. Incredible staff. Their groups and their therapists are engaging, thought provoking, and are extremely beneficial to not just eating disorder recovery but also to just living a healthy, functional, and purposeful life. There is so much empathy and compassion and Montecatini. Would recommend to anyone looking for help. They care here. They really care and they celebrate their alumni. The provided housing is also very reasonable. And they ensure that we... read more
