Absolutely loved the dentist and he has the best staff I have worked with. Staff very friendly and professional. I made sure my insurance for 2024 was accepted by them because I am very happy
My review which covered almost 1000 characters disappeared when I hit send. Can't go through that again, in a few words they are awful,deserve a zero star. find another office, they are a dime a dozen.
First experience using my Medicare Advantage plan for a simple cleaning and check up. They charge 3 times the allowed limits, bill was $349, insurance only paid $107, I was stuck with $245 bucks owed. Never will go back, they shouldn't be listed as a provider!!
When calling, they did not answer the phone 5 times in a row. I left voicemail and a lady with attitude finally called me back. I tried to understand what to expect my first visit, she hung up the phone and did not call back. Very disappointed because I thought that I chose a good brand and qualified dental provider. I wasted my valuable time with this!!!!
Way too much money period! Charging more money for oral cancer exam, when they are already examining your mouth? $300 for a cleaning?? No way. Sorry this is not a great place for my dental care, I'm honest, and also with no dental insurance, no breaks? My previous dentist was so fair, but he retired. Now searching for a new dentist that won't drain your wallet.
My appointments keep getting moved. I’m told it’s because they don’t have hygentist.
I have gone to two of his locations. Each left a lot to be desired. Various staff at each location is curt and blatantly uncaring and unprofessional. I was lied to by a receptionist. An assistant gave TMI about her personal life. A dentist insisted I needed a crown that proved false by another dentist. Too many locations and understaffed in general.
After getting up at 7:00, upon arriving for my 9:00 appointment, I was told by Jasmine in the Tarpon Springs office that their call center registered me but didn't forward them my appointment. She said that I could come back for a 2:00 appointment and I agreed to do so. When I commented that this was not a good way to begin with a new customer, she said that I could take my business elsewhere if I wanted to, and not in a pleasant manner. Entrusting my health needs with Vincent Monticciolo in Tarpon Springs was one of my poorest life choices to date. While having a tooth extraction performed the dentist snapped off a molar with a large filling at the gum line, nothing was done to fix or correct the mistake. The clear lack of accountability shows that this company clearly does not care about your personal wellbeing or health.
