Do not move to this dump unless you enjoy sharing your food with countless roaches, loosing sleep because of noisy neighbors, maintenance and contractors coming in without knocking and not leaving any kind of notice, and rude management. When addressed to office I was told these exact words “well if you don’t want to live here you don’t have to.”
YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE! I have lived here for a year and it was the WORST mistake of my life. This apartment is so nasty and infested with ROACHES. I can’t put food in my refrigerator or freezer because baby roaches are in both. I have had to throw away my kids toys due roaches being on the toys and in the toy bins. At your own risk This saying is true. It is gated, with holes all over. Pedestrian gates that don't lock. Bedrooms that are freezing cold in winter and hot in summer. Staff that doesn't care until code enforcement or police come out. Dog waste all over. There are some units with 5 to 6 people living in and mgt does nothing. DO NOT APPLY OR CONSIDER LIVING HERE!!! My fiance an I have lived in this complex since January 18th if this year. During our stay we have paid our rent consistently on time or early since our stay. We have had to deal with with MULTIPLE issues since being here. We fell behind ONE month and rather than this entity acknowledging the fact that we have had perfect payment history and in lieu of or rent being late this ONE time...we are being harrassed. WARNING MOVE AT YOU ONW RISK this aparment have everything computer office,playground fitnes,new paint buildings, COCKROACHES (a lot) DOGS POO (everywhere) HIDDEN CHARGES (every month) DARK SPOT AT NIGHT (not enough lights) BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (only excuses) but everything else is ok
