I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE STAFF I visited this property on 4/23/14 and was very impressed by the staff and the upkeep of the property. I am excited about making this my home.
Verified Renter The only thing I like is the location. I don't like the $15 monthly trash fee. Which I can throw the trash on my own. My upstairs neighbors are very loud we get a lot of noise coming from upstairs. Did a lot of noise complaints and nothing works. My experience has not been very well.

DONT RENT HERE This apartment complex is associated with Matador towing company and they wrongfully tow vehicles! My car was registered and parked where there were no signs or print on concrete stating “resident only” ive emailed and called and haven’t been able to communicate with anyone about getting a refund! Upon research i realized this is a pattern for the apartment complex and the towing company! Your visitors cars WILL be towed wrongfully if you lease here!

Worst experience Management was super worst. The management employee were so rude and awful.
Trash It is unfair that the garbage is paid monthly but cannot be properly placed at the door. I go to work early in the morning and come home at 7 pm, but the time to put the trash out at the door is 5 pm. I just throw my money in the trash.

DO NOT MOVE HERE They are unorganized. Maintenance NEVER fixes anything. The leasing personnel doesn’t communicate with each other. I complained about like leak for 6 months and it’s still not fixed. The office made several excuses for why the issue hasn’t been addressed. They hire bootleg contractors that don’t fix the issue. The apartment doesn’t notify you when someone will be entering your apartment like they stated they will do when I leased. They are VERY unprofessional! Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!!!
The absolute worst! Two months into the contract, our apartment started to flood when it rained. We spoke to the manager and she assured us that they would make repairs to avoid it from happening again. Sure enough, the next time it rained the bedroom flooded again. This time the previous manager had left and the new manager was completely clueless.
