Communication has been poor. My dealer attempted to schedule a Wednesday pickup, we heard nothing until I chased on the Friday that week. Now it's Monday the following week and I still have no idea when pickup will happen. I chased again today and my contact assured me finding a truck was being prioritized but heard nothing after that.
