The booking process was easy. Everything was as expected with one exception: Communications. This could have easily have been a 5-star rating but for the communications between Montway, the driver, and us. We understood from the beginning that exact pick up and delivery times could not be guaranteed, but an update once the time for pick up and delivery had passed was expected.
