My experience has been easy and simple. Hopefully the delivery is the same.
My car was taken care of and the price was reasonable. The driver communicated well on both the pick up and drop off. After booking my move and the truck was on its way, I was informed that he would not be able to drive the truck to the dropoff location, so had to meet him a few miles away. This wasn't a huge deal, but it was definitely not something that was discussed up front.
so far, so good...
