The customer service when making the order was good. When I asked about the military discount after I placed my order, I didn't know they gave one, I kind of got a snarky response. I was not given the discount but it's okay, I think it was only $9 dollars. The communication with the dispatch for the trucking company (Pacha transportation) was really bad.
