New truck picked up in Moorehead City, NC on 12/28/2017, delivered the next day on 12/29. I received an email on the 27th from Montway informing me that my vehicle had been scheduled for pickup between the 27th and 29th, which included a toll free number for a Montway dispatcher and the cell number of the driver. The driver contacted me when he picked up the vehicle, let me know then a window of time for delivery, called within an hour of delivery, and delivered the vehicle in new condition. I couldn't ask for more.

It was convenient to make a reservation.
The initial booking agent was very understanding and patient. However, when came time for the transport, and payment, the next agent tried to increase the cost. Thankfully I had a copy of our phone transcript, and after sending that to the agent, they finally agree to the cost they quoted. Then, despite this being a 'door to door' transport, the car had to be driven over 60 miles to wait in a parking lot for 2 days for pickup. Then, upon delivery, I had to drive 25 miles for pickup.
