Very easy so far
Picked up on time, transported in a timely fashion and delivered without and damage. Excellent service!!!
After 2 pickup cancelations due to trucking equipment failure, the 3rd attempt was successful. Unfortunately, dispatch feels that people have a flexible schedule. Well if that was the case we would not set up a schedule. With my move out state, I had traveling schedules by moving truck, car then plane followed up by closing on a house sale. Montway fell short on my expectations, but the subcontractor on the pickup and deliver did a get job. He is the one getting 5 stars, and Montway with 3 stars.

Overall I had a good experience with Montway. I shipped 2 cars and both arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. However, the communication with both carriers was fairly poor. For the first car, we were given a timeline over 2 days for pick up, but had to reach out multiple times to get a more specific pick up time. The driver was actually more responsive than the dispatcher. For the second car, we were not notified that the car had been assigned until a day before.
