The entire process of having my car shipped from AZ to NC was great. The only negative was the fact that I couldn't get a guaranteed/specific drop off/pick up time/time frame. I would get a call a half hour to an hour prior to the pickup/drop off and I'd have to drop whatever I was doing to meet the driver. Overall, it was a good experience.
Execellent
Good experience so far the interaction with Montway was good. With the transport not so great. No body told us who to make the cashiers check to, So we made it to Montway the car was delivered on Sunday and the driver requested cash or he wouldn't leave the car, and he was in a rush to see his kids, understandable, but we didn't have that kind of cash at home and he got impatient while I was able to get cash from the bank. Remember there's a limit of $500. From an atm. It was frustrating.
