I chose Montway because it was very easy to book online and I didn't have to go through a bidding process. Although it was easy to book, the communication with the driver left a lot to be desired. After picking up the car two days late, without notice, in DC, I then could not contact him for over a week. My Montway agent, Ivy Angelova, was absolutely incredible and worked day and night to contact the driver, and I'm very grateful for her efforts, but the process was quite anxiety-inducing.
