The process to book and pay for the car transport was easy. The communication was not great. Especially when it came time to pick up the vehicle and when they delivered it. I requested a certain date for pick up and was assured that it would happen. They started calling two days early and were very pushy about picking it up early. They picked it up one day before the scheduled date. I told the driver that my daughter would not be able to accept delivery till March 8th.
