Overall experience was good. The only only area that could have been better was the communication. Once I hooked the truck, I was not contacted by the driver to let me now...whe he was, when he was picking up my car, status updates along the way, expected delivery to my residence. I had to call to get the driver's nameand number and was told by the seller of my car that it was picked up.
