I did not like giving my credit card info at this time. I only did it because I have used your service in the past. Although I was given an expected pick up date the driver did not call to confirm one way or the other. I called him and he said he could be there in one hour when Ialready had plans for the day. He was gracious and accommodated my need for a later pick up time. It would have been helpful if he had contacted me personally 24 hours before his anticipated arrival. All in all, very happy with your service.
