This whole experience from beginning to end went very well. Prompt and professional and I would use them again
I used Montway to transport my Mustang from Massachusetts to Il. I choose them based on price and good reviews. I ended up booking directly with them, not thru eBay. The setup process was easily done online and then I received a confirmation call. I was then contacted when the driver was assigned and when the pickup was arranged. Thedelivery came one day earlier then expected. The driver contacted me the day before arrival to make final arrangements. Good and clear.
Every time I called, I got answers, but I was a little disappointed that there was no communication in the date/time of delivery until the day of and that I could not specify more specific dates. It would have been nice to have received a call letting me know they were still working on finding a driver but that itmight take another day or two.
