Have had trouble with other brokers and so far I have been happy with my service from Alex.
this time my experience wasnot that smooth as it was previously. i was told lately that service between pittsburgh & memphis is not that high so thats why the delay , and later point it time my price was increased as well. and the trucker wasnt that good at communication at the time of pick up he wasnot having BOLand after making him understand he made the copy of last BOL which he was having . Hence, making the process not that smooth.so overall experience i would say it wasnt that happy as it was earlier .
So far, extremely professional and quick responses.
