Quick and easy
I used Montway Shippers several years ago and had a very good experience, so I decided to use them again.

Lack of communication from Montway agents. Was told a pickup date (didn't happen) and had to hear from the driver that the pickup was terminated because the dispatcher (Montway?) never returned his call. Had second pick up date (didn't happen). When car was not delivered to me after several days I started calling to find out whyand the Montway agent told me they "rescheduled" it. No other explanation. Third driver (and almost two weeks after the original pickup date) was wonderful! She stayed in contact with us.
