I called the customer service number to ask if my car can be picked up during the morning hours because this is the only time frame my family member will be available to give the car keys to the truck driver for transport. I was very worried until after speaking with a customer care representative. Placing my order was quick and easy. I was very nervous because my credit card was charged in full before my vehicle was picked up, but once a driver was assigned to the transport, my vehicle made it from PA to CO in just two days damage-free.
