MOON did everything would expect from a professional service company. The first visit spent time evaluating the ducting problem and recommended several solutions, answered my questions in language normal people can understand. We picked a solution, all needed equipment was in stock. Moon made an appointment, showed up on time, installed new equipment and rearranged existing ductwork. They took pictures of before and after.
