Air wasn’t blowing strong but was cold. Called to find get service. Tech told me it would be $425 to clean coils and wasn’t sure if that would fix the problem. I told him absolutely not and sadly had to write a $89 check for 15 min worth of his time. When I went yo turn back on air, he left the breaker out and I couldn’t get the box open for about an hour. I wouldn’t recommend This place to anyone. Over priced, unconcerned, and incompetent (“forgetting” leaving breaker out)
By not ripping people off. So Moon Air comes out to my house to fix a relay in my central air. Standard 79.00 service call of course. I had taken a picture of it and sent it to Billy. The guy gets out here and says what I knew it to be, a relay switch. Says it cost $187.00 for the switch. I looked ONLINE while he was here. COST: $11.40. I tell him I just looked up the part online and it cost $11.40 cents sold at Grainger. He says "We charge $187.00 for the switch, and that includes installing. IT TOOK HIM 1/2 HOUR!... read more
