After being a customer for over 10 years, I had a puzzling experience that will prevent me from returning. I have been taking two pets to this clinic since 2002 and was told last week that we no longer had a doctor/patient relationship because neither cat had been in the clinic in 2012. Nevermind that I continued to purchase medications and special diet food from them on a regular basis during that time.
