Everyone there is friendly and kind and helpful. The community is very clean. The staff members are extremely friendly and the staff go out of their way to be helpful. Just like at home some of the meals are fantastic, and some are just ok. They took my father to fly in a biplane. It doesn't get better than that. They do so much for the residents. They go above and beyond. Definitely worth the cost.
The only frustrations so far have been some challenges with the elevator breaking down. Their current resident bus doesn't accommodate a wheelchair. There's been some difficulties with how they bill the rent, but my Mom and cousin have determined a workaround.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable to all the seniors needs.
We really love Morada Meadow Lakes! The staff are great. Recently my father had a stroke, and when my mother pulled the emergency cord, within 5 minutes they had called both EMS and myself, so I was able to make it there right as the ambulance was about to leave. They were fabulous with their response, and they checked on my mother continuously throughout as well. The apartments are big and spacious -no issues there. One aspect that's a bit weaker is the food, but its still adequate.
I think this facility is wonderful! My loved one is very pleased with it. She feels safe there and I feel safe having her there. The facility is very clean and welcoming. They are doing a little bit of remodeling and replacing carpet, but hopefully that is done soon. It hasn't been too much of an inconvenience, though. They have so many activities and games, church groups, singing groups etc and we are very happy with that. We feel like we did a great job choosing her facility. The staff is very nice. I would tell others that Morada Meadow Lakes is in a good & safe location. It is also pet friendly.
We really like the cleanliness of it and the simplification of the lifestyle, it is really just a good and easy lifestyle here. They have good room service, they help change the sheets and wash the towels. Based on the experience we have had so far with Morada Meadows we have already recommend this community to other families and will continue to do so
Morada Meadow Lakes was on par with a couple other places I toured in the area, but I didn't like them. The facility didn't look clean. It had a smell to it like an old folks home. It was cheaper, but I just didn’t have a good feeling from it like I did from the place we chose.
