Morgan did several things that in my mind set him apart from many in the professional service industry. 1. Morgan new the mortgage industry well and was well versed in underwriting rules and used that knowledge to find the best product for us. 2. We conducted a major part of our mortgage work from overseas & Morgan was on top of time zones, special rules for underwriting in this environment, and was very responsive, normally responding in minutes to questions with well thought out answers.
