Morgan is a very knowledgeable and helpful. However, he is also very busy and sometimes hard to get on the phone. Text is best for immediate response, but he always does respond in a timely manner, is a quick problem solver, and knows his business.

Morgan first saved me a few thousand dollars by advising me to not pay for points. Then he saved me some more by not taking the 10 year and instead taking the 15 year. Of course, I challenged his advice and ran the numbers out myself both on paying points and the 10v15 and sure enough he was correct. And then lastly he did some magic or smooth talking or something and got me out of paying PMI even after our appraisal came in low (lower than the required value to avoid PMI). He was genuine.

Morgan was phenomenal to work with! This was my first home purchase, and after hearing so many people talk about how rough the lending process is I was nervous.
