Morgan was great. When the other underwriters got involved they only confused the process more. They had contradicting statements toward the end of the approval process which was not a big deal but we did not enjoy working with them.

Techology was not as functional as it should have been. Morgan rolled with the punches and we appreciated him very much. It was a frustrating experience many times over with the glitches on rhe site used for uploading documents and esigning. Also the homescout program had several issues and when we reached out to tech support they were patronizing and assumed we were doing it wrong. After they finally figured out we were doing everything right the whole time they said it was ALL of our devices.
