Don't: go to any other Storage Company in Oviedo or East Orlando! By far, this is not only the best value but Derek and Tracy are extremely professional and fantastic to work with. Each are very accommodating and genuinely care about your storage experience. Expect to be treated like family when you walk in, where you're greeted and offered bottled water. We needed a short-term storage facility. Morningstar Oviedo was the perfect solution. The facility was clean and the temperature controlled space was just right. Tracy and Derek are friendly and made us feel welcomed. We highly recommend this facility.

Tracy helped us setup our second unit and made sure all of our questions were answered She showed us around and made sure we knew where the access locations were as well as the dollies were for our use. This is a neat facility and maneuverable.

Great customer service! The Facility is spotless, the customer service was outstanding. They work with non-profits and as far as I know they are the only one that does in our area. I will definitely recommend Morningstar storage

Incredible facility with exceptional staff. Derek and Tracy were extremely welcoming and informative. They made you feel comfortable and were upfront about all of their fees and services. The facility was clean and felt safe. There were cameras and locks on all the doors and gates. Derek made sure we were comfortable with our pricing and was very accommodating and generous with us throughout the entire process. We have been at this location for a couple years now, and we are very pleased with the facility, as well as the staff members, especially the manager Derek. I was confused about a billing procedure and called to ask about it, and Derek quickly resolved the issue and all was well. Tracy & Derek are very quick to respond via email as well. I highly recommend Morningstar if you need anything storage related!
